Ticket Information and FAQ's

TICKET INFORMATION

All concert tickets are a suggested donation of 150 pesos and are general seating. The first three rows are reserved for Season Ticket Holders.

  • General admission concert tickets are available seven days prior to each concert from 9:30-noon in front of Banamex or at the RE/MAX office.
  • Tickets may be obtained from any Performing Arts Council Member (click tab 'About Us'.)
  • Tickets may be available at the door...if pre-offerings do not reach 400 (check at Banamex Friday prior to the concert.)
  • Concert tickets may be obtained at the Club Deportio Welcome Table every Monday and Friday from 9:30 to noon in front of Banamex.

Season Ticket Information

By popular request the Performing Arts Council has implemented Season Tickets.
The Season Tickets are ONLY for the five concerts of the SIGNATURE SERIES: 2009/2010
(Nov 14, Dec 16, Jan 7, Feb 21, Mar 11).
Season Tickets are a suggested donation of 750 pesos per season ticket.  The advantages of a season ticket are:

  • Priority Reserved Seating
  • Limited Number of Season Tickets
  • Personal Laminated Season Ticket
  • No need to Obtain Tickets Prior to Each Concert
  • No need to get to the concert early
  • $5 Discount per Concert for a possible add-on concert or thank you concert in April.
  • Your Support Assures the Continuation of the Concert Program

 

Where may I obtain my Season Ticket for the 2009/2010 Concert Season?

The Performing Arts Council will be taking orders for the 2009-2010 season tickets at a special pre-season price from March 15 until April 15.

The pre-season price will be 500 pesos.
After April 15th the season ticket price will be 750 pesos.  Tickets can be pre-ordered at the RE/MAX office. You may also email the Performing Arts Council at

You will need to tell us how many pre-season tickets you wish to order, your name, your email address, and phone number.  We will notify you when the tickets are available for purchase by phone or email.

FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

 

Q. How soon before the concert should I arrive?

A. It is suggested that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before a concert, unless you are a season ticket holder. A season ticket holder should be in their seat a minimum of five minutes before a concert. Seating will only be allowed between breaks in the music.

Q. May I obtain tickets at the door?

A. Yes, you may obtain tickets at the door UNLESS pre-ticket offerings reach 400. It is a good idea to check at the bank the morning of the concert to verify ticket availability at the door.

Q. May I reserve a seat?

A. Only season ticket holders have reserved seating. All other seating is general admission.

Q. What should I wear to the concerts?

A. San Carlos is a very casual beach community. There are no dress requirements. Concert attire is usually very casual, but sometimes upbeat during the holidays.

Q. Are you going to continue to offer refreshments before the concert, during intermission and after the concerts?

A. Yes.

Q. Is San Carlos Plaza handicap accessible?

A. Yes. Cars may be driven under the smaller porte-cochere at the West end of  the hotel for easy access to the concert area. Once inside, everything is on one level and provisions are made for wheelchair spaces. Please see ticket desk at the concert for assistance.
